Tabgha Tours
Booth & Web Design
From Booth to Website:
Creating an Engaging Experience
This project was all about bringing Tabgha Tours and Andy Nash’s vision to life at an international event. I worked on everything from booth graphics and roll-up banners to flyers, itineraries, an interactive globe, and even a website redesign. With lots of pieces to coordinate and a tight timeline, communication and flexibility were key.
I also got to represent the booth in person for the first week while the Nashes returned from a trip. The end result was a welcoming, engaging space that drew visitors in, sparked conversations, and showcased the client’s tours and new book in a way that felt exciting and memorable.

The Creative Challenge
One of the creative challenges of this project was timing. The decision to officially attend the event wasn’t made until about a month beforehand, which meant we were working on a condensed schedule.
While there were additional branding enhancements I would have loved to explore with more time, I’m proud of how cohesive the booth and materials turned out. Since print production and delivery required at least two weeks, we had to move quickly and make decisive choices.
Backdrops
The client was especially drawn to the second and third concepts.
So, we selected option three for the backdrop, while option two was repurposed into a roll-up banner to showcase additional information.
To help draw people into the booth, we added a giveaway for one free tour to a lucky winner.
Our entry slips were designed to resemble boarding passes.
Since the event attracted people from all over the world, we introduced an interactive globe where visitors could place a pin to mark where they were from.
This feature became a highlight of the booth, sparking conversations and drawing in attendees who loved contributing to the display.
We didn’t want visitors to leave empty-handed, so we created a flyer for them to take as well as some mints.
A few months before the event, Andy Nash released a new book, and I collaborated with him to design the cover.
We promoted the book at the booth, which sparked strong interest and led to several on-site purchases.
Another major task in preparing for the event was redesigning the website.
I rebuilt the site on Squarespace to give the client a more user-friendly platform with built-in marketing features.
The new site loads much faster than the previous WordPress version, and the content is organized in a cleaner, more digestible way instead of long walls of text.
The client especially appreciates how easy it is for them to make updates and adjustments on their own.
Working with Crystal Preyer has been a wonderfully positive experience for many years. Crystal is a professional in every way. She’s a superb designer and an innovator. When we needed a company logo and website, Crystal welcomed our concepts—and then helped us improve them. When we placed our exhibit booth needs in her hands, she delivered the best-looking booth in the hall. Crystal is highly organized and incredibly efficient. She thinks much bigger than just design. She listens, analyzes, and delivers.

Working with the Nashes is always a rewarding experience. They are wonderful collaborators with a clear mission to help more people experience the world. It was exciting to see our designs come to life in print and create such an impact at the event.
If you’re looking for a designer to bring your brand to life, whether through event collateral, digital design, or marketing materials, I’d love to collaborate.
Let’s connect and create something impactful together.
