At Preyer Design, I want you to feel confident in your purchase and investment. Because my products and services are customized and digital in nature, please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Templates, Workbooks, and More)

• All digital product sales are final.

• Due to the nature of instant downloads and digital files, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a product has been purchased.

• Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions beforehand.

Graphic Design Services

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all design projects.

• If a project is canceled before completion, the deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded depending on the stage of work completed.

• If a project is completed and you decide it does not meet your expectations, full payment for the completed work is still required. My process includes multiple rounds of feedback and revisions to help ensure the final outcome aligns with your vision.
